Today I was given a very nice gift of 5 eggs by Haf. His brother keeps some chickens in his garden in Waltham Forest. I'll be cooking these much appreciated back yard self sufficiency yields up for breakfast tomorrow.

And I shall appreciate every egg.

Teaching others how to grow potatoes in a bag

I recently completed the ‘Train the Trainer’ course. The subject matter I chose to cover was Self Sufficiency: Growing your own food. Particular for the urbanite.
